I love this! Highly recommend, it helps my headaches so much more than a heat pad. I'm still trying to find the perfect method since keeping it in the fridge is not cold enough and the freezer gives me a brain freeze feeling, but when I let it sit out for a bit after it being in the freezer, it is perfect!!
